In the field of international affairs, YMCA University Kassel has a long tradition of and experience in cooperation with partners in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America through its YMCA network. In addition to student and staff exchange and practical placements for students, YMCA University is actively involved in international research and development projects and in curriculum development cooperation at European level.
The YMCA University's international strategy is based on the recommendations of the German Hochschulrektorenkonferenz (HRK) and EU policies. Students' international practical training is connected to international development work, research and curriculum development.
The YMCA University is open for new partnerships and welcomes collaboration in its core fields of social work and religious education.
